Wicked wind in Reykjavik, Iceland. |
Much needed respite from the weather! Styling! |
So cold but so much sciency goodness. At the boundary between tectonic plates. |
Jump, jump! |
About to get my hair eaten by an Icelandic horse. Terrified. |
Freezing at the (half) frozen waterfall. |
Who invited the hipster? Love this country. |
Look at the soil/sand! Insane! |
Rainbows just for me. |
Styling in a snow suit (the best). |
Making new friends. |
Driving to Eyjafjallajökull. Sooooo styling. |
Blue to match the sky. |
Drinking the purest water I've ever tasted, fresh from a glacier. |
Dreaming about home, so far away.
Can you understand my hesitation in sharing my looks with you all?
I'm happy to have retired my beige rain jacket and snow pants... until the next trip.

haha It is so great to encounter a fashion blogger who doesn't take herself so seriously! Vacations are best when you're not too fussed over what you're wearing anyway. (And that photo of you with the Icelandic horse is a total gem!) Glad I found your blog today; looking forward to future posts!
ReplyDeleteWhat a nice comment! Thank you, friend, you made my day. Hope you keep reading!
DeleteI <3 your blue pants. Otherwise, a solid effort in trying circumstances - snowstyling is tricky, I always end up looking like the michelin woman & hate having to wear basically the same stuff every day. BOOOO. x
ReplyDeleteI've been wearing a coat for SIX MONTHS. Suffice to say, I am over it.
DeleteWhere is my favourite aqua blue and purple ski suit!?!? Love the pics and the new snow cat friend, awesome :)
ReplyDeleteI ended up only wearing it to the Blue Lagoon (with red polka dot bikini underneath!) and intense aurora hunting - hard outfits to photograph. This furry monster was most patient with me.
