Daily Outfit: One Year Ago

I've been thinking lately about where I was this time last year...

After consulting the calendar on my phone, apparently exactly one year ago I was heading to Disneyland for the first time! How amazing is that. I remember running for the bus and stomping on my sandwich on the way. And then, in November I got to work at the Happiest Place on Earth! Love my life.


Here's a photo that my friend took sometime last year - October perhaps? We had cakes and kir in the Marais. I liked the photo and thought that you might too.

Steering by Stars

Steering by Stars are definitely one of my favourite Adelaide bands. I linked to their video, Closer, here in case you missed it.

Saturday night drew a capacity crowd to Jive to celebrate their EP launch. Supported by the excellent Fire! Santa Rosa, Fire!, the boys did an outstanding job at entertaining their eager audience.













A big thank you to all involved for creating such an exciting evening.

Winter Weekend

Hello friendies! Did you all have pleasant weekends?

I socialised up a storm and caught up with excellent friends for dinner, drinks and cheeky chats. Cold mornings are perfect for sleep ins and reading in bed.
Saturday was an excellent night out as my friends had their CD launch. Couldn't be prouder.
Sunday night was date night (as usual). Japanese dinner, wine and a late-night bike ride.

I feel like I'm on the cusp of realising something... everything seems to be settling into place. I'm excited to see what the second half of the year brings.
